Data Scientist

About the role

SII Group Morocco is looking for a Data Scientist to join its technology consulting and digital services teams. You will design, build and deploy machine‑learning models that turn large, complex data sets into actionable insights for our clients across Casablanca, Oujda and Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, clean and structure large datasets from various sources.
• Design, train and evaluate ML models for classification, regression and clustering tasks.
• Perform feature engineering, experiment design and A/B testing to improve model performance.
• Document model methodology, validation results and business impact.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms using MLOps practices and monitor them in production.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with solid knowledge of statistics and machine‑learning concepts.
• Experience turning business problems into data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical results to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional, agile environment.
