Data Scientist

About the role

SII Group Morocco is looking for a Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that drive data‑driven decisions for its clients. You will work in a collaborative, remote‑friendly environment across its offices in Casablanca, Oujda, and Rabat, turning large, complex datasets into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and structure large datasets to prepare them for modeling.
• Design and implement ML models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks.
• Optimize, validate, and document model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms and manage them with MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical results into strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.
• Experience with feature engineering and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
