Data Scientist

About the role

SII Group Morocco is seeking a Data Scientist to build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models that generate actionable insights and support data‑driven decision making for its technology consulting and digital services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and structure large, complex datasets.
• Design and implement machine‑learning models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks.
• Optimize, validate, and thoroughly document model performance.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms using MLOps practices and ensure they are production‑ready.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts and statistics.
• Ability to perform feature engineering and experiment design, including A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey technical results to business stakeholders.
• Collaborative attitude and business acumen to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Machine‑learning libraries: scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• SQL and data transformation techniques.
• Apache Spark for distributed computing.
• Azure Machine Learning and Data Lake services.
• Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• NLP tools and generative AI frameworks.
