Data Scientist – Machine Learning & AI

About the role

SII Group Morocco is looking for a Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that drive data‑driven decisions for its clients. You will work in a flexible, remote‑friendly environment across Casablanca, Oujda, and Rabat, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and structure large datasets to prepare them for modeling.
• Design, implement, and evaluate ML models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks.
• Optimize model performance, conduct validation, and document results.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms using MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
