About the role
PwC is seeking a Deal Valuation Consultant to join its Deals practice. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring by providing rigorous analysis and valuation services that help them make informed decisions and maximise transaction value.
Key responsibilities
- Perform financial valuation analyses for a variety of transaction types.
- Assess potential risks and upside of deals and present findings to clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate valuation outcomes.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, regulatory changes and PwC technical guidance.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity‑driven approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear expression of ideas.
- Commitment to professional standards, ethical conduct and continuous learning.
