Delivery Lead – RUN Governance & Mendix Project Coordination

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a senior Delivery Lead to own RUN governance and coordinate Mendix‑based projects. You will act as the primary external point of contact, ensuring operational continuity, quality, and performance across critical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end governance and management of RUN activities, guaranteeing SLA compliance.
• Lead Mendix project implementations, controlling timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor quality and performance metrics, proactively addressing issues to optimise service delivery.
• Serve as the main liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams for all delivery matters.
• Promote best‑practice adoption, process improvements, and compliance with organisational standards and regulations.
• Drive documentation and knowledge‑management efforts to ensure operational transparency.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery, project management and governance within a large, multinational environment.
• Proven track record managing RUN operations and large‑scale project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
• Relevant project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
