Delivery Manager – Transformation Programs

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead large‑scale transformation programs, turning strategic priorities into concrete actions and sustainable results. You will work closely with senior client leaders, manage complex stakeholder environments, and ensure initiatives deliver operational and financial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of transformation programs, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Monitor progress across workstreams, manage risks, and apply corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
• Coach team members, foster collaboration with clients, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or related field with strong academic record.
• 6+ years of consulting or business experience with a proven record of achievements.
• Experience in the Global Energy & Materials sector or similar industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for communicating complex ideas.
