Demand Planner

About the role

The Demand Planner will coordinate demand planning activities with automotive brands, ensuring timely delivery of production programs and optimal stock levels across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand teams to align demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Prepare wagon flow plans in cooperation with regional zones.
• Analyze model forecasts, mix, and options in partnership with brand management.
• Track order inputs and sales forecasts against predefined reference periods.
• Ensure accurate data flow into the planning system.
• Monitor and adjust orders as needed, managing production prioritization.
• Compile weekly sales outlooks for each brand and produce flash reports.
• Support cross‑functional meetings and provide clear documentation of planning decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in automotive demand planning or supply chain.
• Strong autonomy and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Proficient written English.
