Deputy PPL Weight Management – PLM Consultant

About the role

The Deputy PPL Weight Management (ADJ PPL) supports program performance and validation activities for automotive projects. You will manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of validation plans throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and use the EMAT Budget Tool to prepare and follow up budget requests.
• Support budget negotiations, cost‑optimization initiatives, and monitor project KPIs such as RFQ targets and milestone achievement.
• Report program progress to management and lead technical meetings.
• Drive virtual and physical validation plans in collaboration with project teams.
• Ensure performance convergence at each project milestone and propose technical improvement actions.
• Participate in Lessons Learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle issue escalation, plan activities, manage deliverables, and maintain integrated physical validation plans (PIV) in PLM tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, validation, performance management, or engineering coordination.
• Good level of English and French (mandatory).
