Development Manager

About the role
We are seeking a results‑oriented Development Manager to drive the growth of our flagship business centre in Casablanca. You will be responsible for promoting office suites, coworking spaces and conference rooms, combining strategic prospecting with client retention to maximise occupancy while delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Market the centre’s spaces, including offices, floors, coworking areas and meeting rooms.
- Identify and attract new tenants and partners, fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Manage contracts, bookings and all administrative follow‑up for clients.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the spaces, coordinating services, maintenance and internal teams.
- Actively contribute to the promotion and visibility of the centre.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of successful experience in a similar role within a business centre, real estate, hospitality or coworking environment.
- Strong commercial and interpersonal abilities.
- Organised, autonomous and responsive work style.
Required skills
- Good mastery of IT and standard office tools.
