Développeur Back‑end Spring Boot, Kafka & MongoDB

About the role

ALTEN MAROC is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance micro‑services. You will work in an Agile/DevOps environment, collaborating closely with front‑end, DevOps and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot micro‑services.
• Implement real‑time messaging and streaming using Kafka.
• Model, optimize and manage large‑volume data in MongoDB.
• Participate in technical and functional design sessions.
• Apply quality practices such as unit testing, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application security, performance and reliability.
• Work within Scrum/SAFe frameworks to deliver increments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka and MongoDB.
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑services architecture and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
