Développeur Fullstack Java/React Senior (focus Backend)

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking a senior full‑stack developer to design, build and maintain Java‑based backend services and React front‑end applications. The role focuses on backend architecture while ensuring seamless integration with modern UI components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and React.
• Implement micro‑service and event‑driven architectures.
• Contribute to API management platforms and observability tooling.
• Participate in performance, scalability and reliability projects.
• Develop new services such as authentication, monitoring and performance modules.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and support the full software lifecycle from design to production.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, coverage analysis and clean architecture practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Strong command of React and front‑end technologies.
• Fluent communication in French, analytical mindset and teamwork orientation.
