About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing and Sales Intern to join X CAPITAL PROPERTIES remotely. The intern will support the promotion of our real‑estate services and listings through online channels, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating and scheduling social‑media content across platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics and help optimise campaigns for lead generation.
• Respond to online inquiries, maintain lead databases and support communication with prospective clients.
• Conduct basic market research and compile performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine digital outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in real‑estate markets and willingness to learn brokerage and investment solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
