Digital & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Oriflame Cosmetics is seeking a detail‑oriented Digital & Social Media Specialist to ensure flawless execution of digital marketing activities across its website, apps, social platforms, events and product communications. The role combines operational excellence with close collaboration with local and global teams to maintain a consistent brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hero banners and website/app content using Censhare; upload articles, offers and surveys via Sitecore.
• Coordinate content translations through POEditor and maintain accurate product listing pages.
• Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar, create briefs, schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and monitor paid campaigns with media partners.
• Produce marketing presentations and manage printed and digital materials for events, launches and internal meetings.
• Handle product label translations in Censhare, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Oriflame Global Teams to adapt global content for the Moroccan market and work with sales, marketing and external agencies.
• Design and execute multi‑channel CRM campaigns.

• Proactive and meticulous with a strong focus on content accuracy.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously.
