Digital Transformation Manager

À propos du poste
Piloter la transformation digitale des processus financiers et administratifs du groupe, en assurant l’intégration des outils ERP (Oracle, SAP) et en coordonnant les projets transverses d’automatisation, de dématérialisation et de fiabilisation des données.
Missions principales
- Conduite de projets digitaux.
- Optimisation des processus métiers.
- Gouvernance des données et reporting.
- Accompagnement du changement.
- Interface entre la DAF, l’IT et les métiers.
Profil recherché
- Minimum 12 ans d’expérience réussie en transformation digitale dans un environnement multi‑sites ou multinational.
- Maitrise avancée des ERP SAP et Oracle, notamment les modules financiers.
- Compétences en gestion de projet (méthodes Agile/Waterfall), conduite du changement et communication interne.
- Français et anglais courants.
