About the role

The client, a large semi‑public institution based in Rabat, is launching a high‑impact national programme and seeks a senior leader to design and steer its overall CSR, impact and citizen‑engagement strategy across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi‑actor engagement strategy, mobilising the general public, local communities, institutional partners, private sponsors and associative networks in line with international standards.
• Supervise the design and operational rollout of territorial animation, accessibility, hospitality, citizen participation and socio‑cultural heritage programmes.
• Coordinate and harmonise the actions of local relais nationwide and chair transversal thematic commissions.
• Proactively identify and manage communication risks such as low mobilisation, inclusion challenges, and crowd‑flow issues, deploying appropriate mitigation measures.
• Provide regular reporting to the General Management and governance bodies, ensuring integration of international expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+5 (Master, Grande école or equivalent) in Communication, Public Relations, Event Marketing, Social Sciences, Community Development or large‑scale project management.
• 15+ years of proven experience in designing, managing and animating large‑scale engagement, inclusion, event communication or citizen mobilisation programmes.
• Strong managerial background in steering complex multi‑stakeholder project portfolios (public authorities, ministries, private firms, NGOs/associations). Experience in crisis communication or managing flows around high‑visibility public events is highly valued.
