Director of Brand, Sales & Marketing – Luxury Hotel Opening

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Director of Brand, Sales & Marketing to lead the pre‑opening and commercial launch of a new luxury hotel in Marrakech. You will shape the property’s identity, build international sales channels, and drive the digital marketing strategy from concept to market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the pre‑opening commercial blueprint, including budget, pricing, and launch timelines.
• Craft and protect the hotel’s brand positioning across all touchpoints.
• Develop and manage global sales relationships with luxury travel trade, operators, corporate accounts, and high‑net‑worth networks.
• Oversee the digital marketing ecosystem, covering performance marketing, CRM, social media, PR campaigns, and press relations.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high‑performing commercial team to achieve revenue and market‑share targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales, Marketing, or Brand in premium or luxury hotels.
• Demonstrated success managing new hotel openings, rebranding, or major repositioning projects.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury leisure market and established international travel networks.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
