About the role
As Director of Finance you will lead all financial operations for the hotel, aligning financial strategy with the property’s goals to drive profitability and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, annual budgets, forecasts and provide insights for business decisions.
- Advise hotel leadership and ownership on financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls to protect assets.
- Optimize reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency and transparency.
- Authorize and monitor sales, purchases, payroll and expense transactions.
- Build and develop a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
Required profile
