Director of Finance – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Director of Finance will act as the strategic financial leader for the St. Regis Tamuda Bay resort, reporting directly to the Executive Committee. This senior position blends financial stewardship with the brand’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan, aligning financial strategy with brand and ownership priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, improve operational efficiency and optimise cost control.
• Ensure robust financial governance, compliance and internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risk.
• Partner with department heads to elevate performance and support an outstanding guest experience.
• Lead, develop and inspire the finance team, fostering accountability, growth and high performance.
• Build trusted relationships with ownership and key stakeholders, providing clear financial guidance and insight.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency and timeliness.

• Proven finance leadership experience in luxury hospitality or similarly complex, high‑end environments.
