Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage leads the strategic vision and daily operations of the property's culinary and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, the role ensures brand standards are met while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the brand’s service philosophy.
• Oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring operational excellence and consistent guest experiences.
• Manage financial performance, review budgets, and recommend capital expenditures for equipment and renovations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of the F&B team to maintain high employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other hotel departments to create integrated promotions and events.
• Monitor market trends and adjust offerings to meet evolving customer expectations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of progressive experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business Administration, etc., with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a multi‑outlet hospitality environment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze budgets and P&L statements.
