Director of Human Resources – Marrakech Hotel Transformation

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will steer the people agenda for one of Marrakech’s most iconic hotels as it transitions to the Autograph Collection by Marriott. Reporting directly to the General Manager and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will shape HR strategy for over 180 associates during a period of significant change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the hotel’s rebranding and growth objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering a high‑performing culture.
• Oversee complex employee and labor relations, including union engagement.
• Build leadership capability across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law and Marriott global HR standards.

Required profile

• Proven hotel HR leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in change management, rebranding, or hotel transition projects.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation.
• Experience managing union and employee relations environments.
• Passion for talent development and culture building.
• Fluency in French and English.
