Distributor Account Manager – Northern Africa

About the role

The Distributor Account Manager for Northern Africa will drive sustainable sales growth through the company’s distribution network across the region, developing strong partnerships and executing commercial strategies aligned with global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Distribution Director to define and implement distribution strategy across Northern Africa.
• Develop and execute business plans with distribution partners to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new distributors in targeted markets and technologies.
• Monitor distributor performance, pricing consistency and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Use Salesforce CRM and digital tools to track pipeline and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in driving distribution sales growth within an industrial environment.
• Strong experience in channel management, partner development and strategic planning.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, make data‑driven decisions and manage multiple priorities.
