District Sales Representative – Water Solutions

About the role

As a District Sales Representative you will drive revenue and profit growth for a portfolio of Light Industry customers across Morocco. You will act as the technical liaison, building strong partnerships with plant leaders and delivering data‑driven solutions that improve water efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue and profit growth across Light Industry segments (Food & Beverage, Institutional, Pharma, Manufacturing, Transportation).
• Build and maintain relationships with plant leaders and key decision‑makers.
• Execute system assurance programs and develop continuous improvement plans.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend data‑driven solutions.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations and technologies to strengthen long‑term customer partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technical or field sales.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Engineering or life‑sciences degree, experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals, knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, wastewater systems, or paper operations.

Required skills

• Technical sales in water treatment.
• Specialty chemicals knowledge.
• Understanding of boiler systems.
• Familiarity with cooling tower operations.
• Experience with wastewater system management.
• Knowledge of paper production processes.
