Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

The Hotel Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle. This full‑time position supports daily hotel operations by ensuring timely, courteous service and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily arrival and departure reports, verify accuracy and note special requests.
• Document each trip before departure and after completion.
• Transport guests to designated locations, park the vehicle properly when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Record any vehicle incidents and provide detailed reports to management.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Assist with safety reporting, complete required safety training and certifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
