Dutch Speaking Technical Support

About the role

Omnicasa, a Belgian software company specialized in real‑estate technology, is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Technical Support professional to join its Casablanca office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email, providing first‑line technical support.
• Troubleshoot software‑related problems and guide users in using Omnicasa solutions.
• Escalate more complex incidents to senior technical teams.
• Maintain high‑quality, professional customer service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written Dutch (mandatory).
• Fluent French and/or English is a plus.
• 1–3+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or call‑center environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and willingness to work onsite in Casablanca.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Windows operating system and general computer usage.
