E2E BSS Solution Architect

About the role

Circles is seeking an experienced E2E BSS Solution Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor for large‑scale Telecom BSS transformation programs. The role involves shaping technology strategy, architecture and delivery for customers across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business, solution and enterprise architecture for Telecom BSS components such as CRM, Billing, Real‑Time Charging, Order Management and Digital Channels.
• Own the technical vision, target architecture, transformation roadmap and implementation strategy from design through production launch.
• Drive technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews and executive steering committees to guide key decisions.
• Define architecture principles, technology standards, integration patterns and ensure compliance across all workstreams.
• Lead production readiness, go‑live planning, cut‑over strategy, hyper‑care and transition to operations.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Telecom BSS/OSS with deep expertise in CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management and related systems.
• Proven track record as a customer‑facing technology leader, trusted advisor to CIO/CTO and executive stakeholders.
• Strong consulting background delivering large‑scale transformation, modernization and greenfield deployments.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Required skills

• CRM, Real‑Time Charging, Billing, Enterprise Product Catalogue, Order Management, Provisioning, Digital Channels, OSS/BSS.
• API‑first design, microservices, event‑driven architecture, cloud‑native platforms.
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI or Private Cloud).
• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, Open APIs), ITIL and OSS/J.
