EHS Specialist – Main Bearing Exchange Project (Wind Turbines)

About the role

We are preparing to execute five main bearing exchange operations on wind turbines at a farm near Boujdour, Morocco. The EHS Specialist will provide continuous on‑site oversight of all environmental, health and safety aspects, ensuring compliance with project standards and local regulations throughout the project duration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑time EHS oversight during main bearing exchange operations.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inspections and hazard identification activities.
• Support safe crane operations within a single‑crane line, single‑shift setup.
• Coordinate with incoming/outgoing EHS personnel during rotation periods to maintain uninterrupted coverage.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams, including Eurogrues, MyWind and the local MCU team.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and incident management throughout the project.
• Facilitate safe work execution during low‑wind operational windows.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• SSO (Single Sign‑On) access capability for system integration.
• Proven experience in EHS roles within wind turbine maintenance, heavy lifting or similar industrial environments.
• Ability to work in remote locations and coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
