EH&S Support Specialist

About the role

Join TE as an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Support Specialist, where you will help implement and maintain safety policies that protect employees and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work closely with various teams to promote a safe, sustainable, and connected workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the organization’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and health records in accordance with established guidelines.
• Support employee training on safety guidelines, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor compliance with federal and state health and safety regulations.
• Organize and participate in occupational safety and health inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma required; an Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Commitment to the values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
