Electrical Engineer – Oil & Gas/Energy

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support oil & gas and energy projects at a compressor/pump station site in Aïn Dorij, Morocco. The role involves delivering engineering solutions for brownfield upgrades and new installations within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and optimise LV/MV power distribution systems for rotating‑equipment facilities.
• Specify and integrate electrical motors, VFDs, transformers, MCCs, switchgear and control panels.
• Support EPC, PMC or consultancy activities on upgrade and brownfield projects.
• Ensure compliance with international oil & gas project execution standards.
• Provide technical problem‑solving and analytical support throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Proven experience with compressor stations, pump stations or similar rotating‑equipment facilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and deadlines.
