Electrical Engineer – UAV Embedded Systems

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electronic boards and embedded systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). You will work on flight controllers, companion computers, and electronic speed controllers, contributing to mission‑critical defense solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and design physical/electrical integration of complex high‑performance embedded systems using processors, DDR/Flash memory, and peripherals.
• Create detailed schematics and perform board placement/routing while managing fast‑signal constraints.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and GNC teams to ensure seamless physical and sensor integration.
• Address electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) challenges and ensure signal integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic boards.
• Conduct testing, integration, and performance validation to meet operational requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex electronic system design.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and solve technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to the company’s mission and growth plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic CAD tools, specifically Altium Designer.
• In‑depth knowledge of processors, DDR and Flash memory domains.
• Experience designing high‑speed schematics and PCB routing.
• Ability to use electronic test equipment for validation.
• Understanding of EMC mitigation and signal integrity principles.
