Electrical Supervisor – Solar PV Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical installation, testing and commissioning of solar photovoltaic plants in Tata, Morocco. The role ensures that all low‑voltage (BT) systems are built to the highest quality, safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors on site.
• Verify that all installations – cabling, earthing, protection devices, inverters – follow project specifications and applicable codes.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
• Enforce HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during installation, testing and operation.
• Monitor progress, report status and manage any schedule or budget deviations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, test results and material usage.
• Plan and control the use of electrical materials, tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and procurement to ensure seamless execution.
• Support commissioning activities and final hand‑over.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising electrical works on solar PV projects.
• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage (BT) systems and renewable‑energy installations.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications.
• Proven track record of ensuring safety and quality on construction sites.
