Electrician – Maintenance & Installation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our facilities team in Rabat. The role involves installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in accordance with national and local codes.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning electrical tools, equipment, and components.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components; use testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Plan layout and installation of wiring and fixtures based on job specifications and code requirements.
• Read and follow blueprints and schematics; respond to repair requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of related electrical work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb and perform fine‑motor tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Preventative maintenance techniques.
