About the role
Otis is seeking a technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, parts replacement and equipment upgrades on elevators in Casablanca.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to detect wear and avoid breakdowns.
- Diagnose technical issues during incidents or inspections.
- Repair defective components following safety procedures.
- Replace worn or faulty parts to ensure proper elevator operation.
- Upgrade equipment to current standards or modernization projects for improved performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interventions.
- Communicate with clients to plan interventions and explain findings.
Required profile
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers.
Required skills
- Preventive maintenance techniques for elevators.
- Diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical and electrical elevator components.
