Email & Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

Holafly is looking for an Email & Content Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end execution, content creation, and technical deployment of global email campaigns and inbound flows. You will help scale customer engagement, lead conversion, and retention across our high‑growth international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch 6+ localized email campaigns per month, plus seasonal pushes.
• Write persuasive, UX‑focused email copy that aligns with Holafly’s brand voice and drives click‑through rates.
• Ensure a 95%+ campaign accuracy rate through rigorous QA testing, link verification, dynamic variables, rendering checks and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the Content Team Lead to keep campaign planning on schedule for all regions.
• Partner with Design teams in Figma to create visually striking, multi‑market assets.
• Develop and optimise automated Welcome and Lead Nurturing flows to support lead‑gen growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in email or content marketing, preferably in multichannel campaign creation.
• Hands‑on mastery of Klaviyo for crafting, testing and sending multi‑market campaigns.
• Proven QA expertise covering personalization, segmentation, rendering and error‑free scheduling.
• Exceptional UX copywriting skills focused on conversion.
• Fluent English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
