EMEA Business Transformation Project Manager

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead its Business Transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. You will manage a team of project managers, coordinate multi‑country projects, and work closely with business analysts, change managers, and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close EMEA‑wide transformation projects.
• Provide guidance to global project teams and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track progress, communicate status to sponsors, and manage risks and issues.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of project processes.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably IT‑related and with an EMEA focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and solution‑orientation.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across departments and regions.
