Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

GROUPE-CRIT is hiring an Employee Relations Specialist in Kenitra, in the automotive sector, under a permanent contract (CDI). The role acts as the main point of contact for employee concerns and helps keep labour relations compliant with Moroccan law.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances and workplace conflicts, mediating disputes with empathy and fairness.
• Ensure all HR practices, disciplinary actions and internal procedures comply with Moroccan labour legislation and internal regulations.
• Advise and coach line managers on complex employee relations issues, performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Facilitate dialogue with employee representatives, unions and other social partners and maintain positive relationships with them.
• Develop and run initiatives that improve employee engagement, well-being and a culture of transparency and mutual respect.
• Carry out objective internal investigations into policy violations or complaints and recommend legally sound actions.

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labour Law, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in employee relations, labour relations or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Full professional proficiency in French and Arabic is mandatory; a good command of English is highly advantageous.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• High emotional intelligence, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
