End-of-Studies Internship in Operations

About the role

APM Terminals Tangier is seeking final‑year students to join the Operations Department for a 3‑to‑6‑month end‑of‑studies internship. The role offers hands‑on experience in a complex terminal environment, allowing interns to apply analytical and technical knowledge to real‑world operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Support data‑driven decision making by analysing operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to extract, clean and visualise data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Software Engineering.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and detail‑oriented mindset with interest in logistics and terminal performance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI or other visualisation tools (advantage)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or R (advantage)
