Engagement & Communication Team Manager – Tangier, Kenitra & Meknes

About the role

Yazaki Morocco is seeking an experienced Engagement & Communication Team Manager to lead employee engagement and internal communication initiatives across its sites in Tangier, Kenitra and Meknes. You will act as a strategic partner to management, fostering a positive culture while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction, motivation and retention.
• Design and execute internal communication strategies that reflect organizational values and business goals.
• Advise management on labor‑relations matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee HRIS activities, guaranteeing data accuracy and efficient reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑plant projects, aligning them with corporate objectives.
• Analyse HR metrics and employee feedback to propose improvement actions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and communication materials for leaders and staff.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 5‑7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in engagement, internal communication, labor relations or organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of labor‑relations practices and employment regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects in a multicultural environment.
