Engineer Assistant Manager

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking an Engineer Assistant Manager to support the Director of Engineering in maintaining the property’s facilities and grounds. The role ensures that all building systems operate safely and efficiently, contributing to the high‑standard guest experience the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, and structural systems.
• Oversee ground care, landscaping, parking areas and coordinate with the outsourced gardening team.
• Support fire safety and overall safety programs across the hotel.
• Respond to maintenance inquiries promptly, courteously and professionally.
• Help ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees at all times.

• Reports directly to the Director of Engineering.
