Engineering Lead - X Delivery

About the role

As an Engineering Lead within BCG X, you will partner with consulting and product teams to design, build, and deliver high‑impact software solutions that enable complex client transformations. You will drive end‑to‑end web application development, from architecture through deployment, while ensuring security, reusability, and maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consulting, product, and domain teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high‑scale web applications.
• Provide technical expertise and accelerated execution support for proof‑of‑concepts, MVPs, and enterprise‑grade projects.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of emerging open‑source technologies and best practices.
• Write robust, secure code and comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Offer system‑design recommendations aligned with technical requirements.
