About the role
We are seeking an Engineering Senior Specialist to support the P3 production area and drive engineering initiatives across our industrial projects. The role combines technical expertise in industrial engineering with strong coordination of change management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee machine capacity for the P3 area across all projects.
- Set up and maintain SAP and CAO (CAD) master data.
- Lead smooth implementation of engineering changes for P3.
- Evaluate and follow up missing operations in GUM time together with CPC/PTC and the engineering department.
- Apply the correct methodology for quantifying ECRs.
- Oversee Run & Rate activities for each project phase.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or Bac+5 in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial sector, preferably automotive.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven ability to manage teams, communicate effectively and solve problems.
