Engineering Specialist – Automotive Production

About the role

Yazaki is seeking an Engineering Specialist to join its Kenitra plant. You will work on automotive wire harness projects, ensuring customer specifications are accurately reflected on the production line and supporting new project implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications from Yazaki drawings and communicate relevant information to the Cross‑Functional Team.
• Prepare and share project data in line with milestones across all phases.
• Perform wire‑tuning activities throughout each project stage.
• Support coordination and implementation of new projects.
• Manage and report Production Preparation KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (IATF 16949) and internal procedures, including EHS, 5S, and environmental standards.
• Verify plant capability to meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive sector or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
