About the role

We are a leading language‑assessment provider in Casablanca seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our English certification portfolio. You will shape the commercial offering, lead a dedicated operations team, and ensure the smooth execution of testing sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with partner institutions and educational establishments.
• Define and implement the business strategy for the English language certification division.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop partnerships with educational or professional institutions.
• Oversee the organisation of testing sessions, ensuring operational excellence.
• Train, supervise, and monitor a dedicated operational team.
• Track commercial performance and report on key metrics.
• Monitor national and international trends in language certification.
• Develop communication and promotion tools for the hub.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or project management within education, language services, or certification sectors.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Proven negotiation, business strategy, and team‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
