English‑Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our call‑center team in Marrakech. You will handle inbound calls from English‑language customers, delivering clear, accurate and empathetic assistance while representing the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy.
• Follow internal procedures and client guidelines to ensure quality and confidentiality.
• Maintain high standards of communication and documentation.
• Manage challenging situations with patience, good judgement and a calm demeanor.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Professional attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is preferred.
• British accent or experience dealing with UK customers is a strong advantage.
• Good computer skills and ability to follow structured processes.
