EPU Manager

About the role

Alstom is seeking an EPU Manager to lead production teams in a high‑speed rail environment. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee safety of people, goods, and the environment by applying company safety rules and improving EHS practices.
• Manage production teams and oversee daily activities to meet quality, deadline, and cost objectives.
• Define and implement progress plans to improve operational (quality, cost, delivery) and managerial results such as absenteeism and safety.
• Continue implementation of the production system (APSYS) and maintain traceability through regular updates of the skills matrix.
• Develop autonomous, versatile teams by enhancing individual and collective skills.
• Represent management to staff and act as a liaison between engineering, quality, and supply‑chain functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a similar position within an industrial company.
• Proven team‑management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
