Ethics and Compliance Expert – Iberia

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Expert to support its Iberia operations. You will help shape and execute the strategy for the assigned ethics and compliance sub‑function, ensuring that the business meets its regulatory and ethical obligations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute proactively to the development and refinement of the ethics and compliance strategy for the Iberia region.
• Partner with business units to provide timely advice on development initiatives and ensure compliance requirements are integrated.
• Manage core program elements such as risk assessments, policy creation, training, communications, confidential reporting, investigations, third‑party risk, and M&A compliance.
• Support the implementation of standards based on global policies, applicable laws, and local industry codes.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Business or a related field, preferably at Master level.
• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, legal or related functions within multinational companies.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and monitoring compliance programs.
• Expertise in at least two areas such as human rights, trade compliance, data privacy or competition law.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or French.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and collaborative skills in an international environment.
