European Maintenance Traineeship – Operations Graduate Program

About the role

We are seeking recent engineering graduates for a two‑year European Maintenance Traineeship with ADM. The programme combines hands‑on work in production facilities with structured learning to develop expertise in maintenance, reliability and operational excellence across our sites in Bulgaria and France.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through maintenance and reliability departments, supporting day‑to‑day operations and improvement projects.
• Participate in shift work and learn how production, safety and teamwork integrate in a plant environment.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and performance‑excellence activities.
• Spend up to one year at another ADM European location to broaden technical and people‑management experience.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate with strong curiosity about large‑scale operations.
• Willingness to work in shifts and relocate within Europe.
• Interest in maintenance, reliability and operational optimisation.
