Event Management Advisor

About the role

The Event Management Advisor will support BIGO’s mission to connect users worldwide by building vibrant online communities and fostering strong relationships with creators and partners. This role combines community growth, account management, and creative content production to enhance the company’s video‑based platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow online communities while establishing long‑term partnerships with creators and community stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts by gathering partner feedback, driving negotiations, and fostering collaborative relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance on a monthly basis and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Create visually compelling materials such as posters, social media graphics, and other promotional assets.
• Identify and onboard high‑potential communities, leveraging internal and external resources to maximize growth and visibility.
• Prepare weekly reports on operational progress, campaign performance, and key business metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus and the role is graduate‑friendly.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical ability and quick learning capability.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Basic graphic design skills.
