About the role
The Hyatt Regency Taghazout is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms to lead the daily operations of its Rooms Division. Reporting to senior hotel management, the role ensures exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial and productivity targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all Rooms Division departments, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Implement and uphold service standards and management philosophy across the team.
- Monitor and align departmental performance with hotel budgets and productivity goals.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel rooms management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hotel budgeting, financial controls, and productivity metrics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop department heads and staff.
