As the Executive Office Manager, you will be the backbone of Africa Capitalworks’ Casablanca office, ensuring that every operational detail aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and global standards. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Operations: Oversee all routine office tasks, from managing supplies to coordinating with external vendors and ensuring a smooth workflow for the executive team.
- Calendar Coordination & Travel Arrangements: Maintain the schedules of senior executives, arrange domestic and international travel, and prepare itineraries that maximize productivity.
- Meeting Organization: Plan, schedule, and facilitate internal and external meetings, including board sessions, client presentations, and cross‑departmental workshops.
- Document & Records Management: Implement robust filing systems, maintain confidentiality, and ensure that all documents comply with regulatory and ESG requirements.
- Regulatory & ESG Compliance: Support the company’s governance framework by ensuring adherence to local regulations, preparing ESG reports, and coordinating sustainability initiatives.
- HR Administration: Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, assist with payroll fundamentals, and collaborate with the HR group on employee engagement strategies.
- Office Facilities & Budget Monitoring: Oversee the maintenance of office infrastructure, monitor operational budgets, and coordinate with finance to align spending with corporate policies.
- Event Planning & Internal Communications: Organize company events, team‑building activities, and internal communications to foster a positive corporate culture.
- Strategic Support: Provide administrative support to senior management on strategic initiatives, including ESG reporting, corporate culture projects, and cross‑functional collaborations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, 6‑9 years of experience in a corporate or investment environment, and exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint. Fluency in English is essential, with strong French as a valuable asset.
